The unit aims to train participants to reflect and search for additional active employment schemes thought for broader target groups (NEETs, long term unemployed people, young women, apprenticeship job contracts etc.). The latter may be cumulative to the incentives aimed only at VIPs. Participants will experience a search for national, regional, local calls eligible for young VIPs. The last session foresees 30 minutes of group activity. The trainer asks participants to work in groups and identify five individual incentives. The incentives are designed for broader groups but applicable also to VIPs. |
