Explain how you accomplish tasks differently than fully sighted workers but can still stay competitive. | |||

Answer: It depends on several factors but first examine the company culture, mission and values. If you think that your disability might be seen as an added-value or a strength by the company, then you can decide to mention it in the CV / cover letter. Otherwise, we advise you not to mention your disability in the CV/cover letter if you are not sure it is a strength point for the job vacancy. | |||

you can apply directly. Keep in mind, applying directly will only be possible
with companies that have registered on the platform. Companies or organisation
that have not signed onto the platform can be sent a link for the CV. | |||

is currently not possible to download a copy of the CV from the Web App,
however, future versions will allow this function. Currently you can send a
link to a prospective job offer and that person will be able to view the online
information that you have made visible to prospective employers. | |||
