Answer:

The CVs that you can create on the VIPTechJob Web App are already formatted. All the users must do is enter the information and it will automatically fill in the spaces on the CV for the user. If the user has certificates or documents, you must explain that you have them and attach them separately another email or letter.

Answer:

It depends on several factors but first examine the company culture, mission and values. If you think that your disability might be seen as an added-value or a strength by the company, then you can decide to mention it in the CV / cover letter. Otherwise, we advise you not to mention your disability in the CV/cover letter if you are not sure it is a strength point for the job vacancy.

Why is it important to explain your skills to the employers?

Answer:

Informing employers about your skills both soft and hard helps them understand that you have autonomy and that you will be able to do the job properly. It is also necessary to inform the employer in case of specific needs (computer with adapted programs etc.)
